Dormakaba - DKPS 4A

The Dormakaba DKPS-4A power supply/charger is designed for safety, reliability, and versatility in access control and egress door systems. Converting 120–240 VAC, 50/60Hz into a continuous 4 Amp supply at 12VDC or 24VDC (switch selectable), it provides stable power distribution across 8 individually protected voltage outputs with electronic over-current protection.

To support monitoring and integration, the DKPS-4A features four supervisory outputs (AC fail, battery fail, DC fail, and status) using form C relays, which can be connected to access control units or fire panels. For added security and convenience, the enclosure includes status LEDs, optional tamper switch protection, and supports remote reset after fire alarms.

When backup power is required, the metal housing accommodates up to two 12V, 12Ah sealed lead acid or gel cell batteries, ensuring continuous operation during AC failures. Certified to UL294 6th Edition and compliant with CE, FCC, and ULC standards, the DKPS-4A is built for demanding commercial environments.
