Welcome to Keyless Build. This website, www.keylessbuild.com, is operated by Dependent Technologies ("Keyless Build," "we," "us"). By placing an order or using this site you agree to these terms.

Products and Orders

All orders are offers to purchase and are subject to our acceptance. We may refuse or cancel any order, including where a product is mispriced, unavailable, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund it in full. Prices and specifications may change without notice, and we work to keep listings accurate but do not guarantee that all content is error-free.

Special-Order Items and Lead Times

Many of our products are special-order items supplied to us by the manufacturer after you order. Lead times vary by model and are not guaranteed. Tracking information is emailed when your order ships. If a lead time materially changes, we will contact you, and you may cancel an unshipped special-order item for a full refund.

Shipping

Shipping rates and carrier options, including UPS services, are calculated at checkout. Risk of loss passes to you upon our delivery of the goods to the carrier; title passes upon payment in full. Please inspect shipments on arrival and report damage or shortages to us promptly.

Returns

Returns are governed by our Refund and Returns policy at www.keylessbuild.com/returns. In summary: returns are accepted within 30 days with a return merchandise authorization (RMA), a 20% restocking fee applies unless the return is due to our error or a defective product, return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and approved refunds are issued within about 7 to 10 business days.

Payment

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, processed by third-party providers. Net 30 terms are available only to customers whose accounts we have approved in advance; selecting Net 30 without approval may result in your order being canceled.

Product Use and Installation

Access-control and locking hardware must be installed and used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions and all applicable building, fire, and life-safety codes. Professional installation is recommended for commercial systems. You are responsible for ensuring a product is suitable and code-compliant for your application.

Warranties

Products are covered by their manufacturers' warranties, which we will help you access. Except as required by law, we make no additional warranties, and to the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from an order or from use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Intellectual Property

Content on this site, including text, images, and branding, belongs to Dependent Technologies or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Manufacturer names and logos are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify their products.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts serving Clay County, Florida.
